Courage Center
Physical Therapist - System Float
Full Time, 40 hours/week
Description: This full time position will float between clinic sites in Golden Valley, Forest Lake, Stillwater and Burnsville - to cover for the therapists when they are on leave, vacation, sick or on continuing education days. Also, may be needed for high census times based upon business unit need. The PT will provide physical therapy services in a clinic setting; develop and carry out treatment plans; document on all services provided. Therapist must be organized and flexible.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work as a member of the rehabilitation team to provide quality, comprehensive care.
3. Current License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of MN
