211 Volunteers are Needed to Answer Phone Calls

You can make a difference in our community members' lives by answering 211 phone calls 1-2 times per month, or more!  Volunteer shifts are flexible and available from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  As a 211 volunteer, you will be trained to listen to the needs of callers and help them understand what services or supports are best suited to help them.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer 211 specialist, contact Alyson Sauter, 211 Community Impact Director, at alyson.sauter@unitedwaystcroix.org.
