211 Volunteers are Needed to Answer Phone Calls

You can make a difference in our community members' lives by answering 211 phone calls one to two times a month, or more!  Volunteer shifts are flexible and available from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Operators are trained to listen to the needs of the caller and help them understand what services and supports may be best to address their situation.  You can also help callers find the best option for their financial situation.
